Reduction software

Some minor improvements and fixes were made by Eric Stempels (University of St Andrews, UK). Several other improvements are being considered, but there is no specific time-line for this.

A script will be made for FIESTool to enable automation of the pre-reduction of calibration images. This will allow everybody to make a basic set-up for the use of FIESTool.
