The problems with the He lamps was found to be caused by the power supply which were replaced.

A set of spare 'high-quality' slits and spare ThAr lamps were purchased. A replacement slit should be purchased for the vertical 0.5 arcsec slit as it was scratched.

The flux-standard monitoring data-reduction pipe-line has been upgraded to support the new multi-extension FITS format and the new FITS header keywords. The quality control reduction script for the ALFOSC spectroscopy flux-standard has been further developed and the monitoring page for the internal focus has been updated. The procedure to calculate the rotation required to align the slit with features in an image needs to be added to the post-processing system.

The information about the efficiencies and fringing with CCD#8 will be updated.
