Data acquisition

With the commissioning of the new instrument computer for ALFOSC & STANCAM the upgrade of instrument control computers for all core instruments as well as major upgrades for some control software systems have concluded. For ALFOSC this included upgrades to the regular BIAS data acquisition program and the Fast Photometry program, the substitution of the old IDL based User Interface to a new version in Tcl/Tk, and the implementation of multi-extension FITS format for the data. The new user interface now sets all the wheels to the `open' at start-up, and initializing now also includes setting the FASU filter wheels to specific positions (which is effectively initializing these wheels).

Also, a start has been made with the development of the sequencer for ALFOSC.
