The Stanford Research Systems RGA-200 Residual Gas Analyzer can record
ionisation/mass ratio spectra in the range 0 to 200 
.
It has been used to check for, and identify, contamination of the vacuum,
and has also been used as a leak tester. The spectra displayed in this section
were all obtained during October 1999.
