Weather station

It was found that the new Väisälä weather station gave unreliable wind speed data, especially at temperatures less than about 6$^\circ$ C. The weather station was sent back to the manufacturer for repair. The station was also upgraded at the same time and we recently received it back and it still needs to be properly tested.

The dust meter is still at the IAC for maintenance. It is not clear when it will be re-installed.
