Data acquisition

Several sequencer scripts were made to make observing easier. This includes a script that set-up the telescope for use with FIES, and a general calibration script that will provide a basic set of calibration data for the selected instrument set-up which can be used by the FIESTool quick-look/reduction program, and are sufficient for normal data-reduction requirements.
