Reduction software

With the help of Eric Stempels (St Andrews University) the FIESTool reduction package is being improved to enable automation of the pre-reduction of calibration images. An automated calibration script will be made that ensures that basic calibration frames are taken for FIESTool. The wavelength solution in FIESTool will be improve allowing for new ThAr frames to be used automatically. There will also be a way to use the ThAr frame obtained closest in time to the target spectrum.
