Observing scripts

The NOT observing script generator has been improved to include more detailed checks of the parameters entered in the scripts to avoid incorrect user input. There are now separate versions for different instruments (ALFOSC, NOTCam, etc.) and observing modes (imaging, spectroscopy). The script will be further developed to include windowing and binning (where appropriate). In the long run this will be integrated in sequencer scripts generators.
