Calibration units

For the calibration unit in the adapter a new bifurcated fiber and new optics were installed which removes the problem with interference fringes that occurred with the old system. The positions of the arm of the calibration unit were calibrated.

Filters were installed in both the calibration units in the adapter and in the instrument to suppress the abundant red light from halogen and ThAr lamps. The power of the halogen lamps was adjusted.
