Data acquisition

There is now full control in sequencer mode of the calibration units in the adapter and in the FIES building, as well as full control of the instrument and the target acquisition mechanisms. User scripts will be made for the sequencer to streamline ease of use, e.g., a script to make arc spectra which includes moving the calibration arm, switching on the calibration lamp, etc.

Also, a new observing log program has been developed for the FIES data and a postprocessing environment has been set-up.
