Observing scripts

The plan is to optimize and improve the NOT observing script generator to include more detailed checks of the parameters entered in the scripts to avoid incorrect user input. To not make the program to complicated and difficult to manage, the idea is to make separate versions for NOTCam and for the optical instruments (ALFOSC, MOSCA and StanCam) as they have different exposure commands and different checks that should be made. Also, the generator for the optical instruments can include the possibility of windowing (except MOSCA) and binning the CCD.
