Generally speaking the aluminisation went rather smoothly. Some problems where encountered positioning the mirror back in the cell, but the installation of the mirror cell in the telescope went very fast and we were on sky early in the fourth night, well ahead of schedule. The procedure to measure the mirror's position and place it back after aluminisation worked very well, only requiring a small adjustment afterward.
Photometric zeropoint measured with ALFOSC indicate that the aluminisation improved the reflectivity ranging from 30% in the UV, to 20% in the visual and NIR.
