Finally all the design papers were received and we are currently in the process of obtaining the required permits. The current estimate is that we should have all the paperwork done by August, though we are trying to speed-up the process somewhat.
We already have contacted various companies for offers for the construction work so we can start as soon as we have the permits. It appears that the cost will be significantly higher than the 30Keuro estimated before due to the remoteness of the site. The construction work itself is expected to take less than one month.
